Julie Nutting's Collette meets Graphic 45 Under the Sea
This is the latest tag I made for an Artist Choice Swap. This tag was made for my Berry Best Designs Doll Swap Group. I choose Collette as the doll (She's from Julie Nutting's lasts releases) and my favorite paper company Graphic 45.
The two papers I choose to use are Voyage Beneath the Sea and Mermaid Melody.

I started out by using the center panel of the Voyage Beneath the Sea paper and cut it out using the arch as a guide. I backed it with heavy chipboard cut the same and added the back of Mermaid Melody (peach side) sheet to the back covering the chipboard. Next I used Inkessentials Glossy Accents by Ranger and thickly coated the inner arch of the design. While that was drying I mixed up
Tim Holtz's faux sand (recipe found on Ranger Ink's website) and coated the bottom of the tag. I added small shells and the seahorse while wet. The Mermaid is fussy cut from the Mermaid Melody paper.
Collette was stamped with Black Stazon Ink onto Julie Nuttings "BUFF" Paper Pad using the lightest paper color choice. Once she was stamped I glued her to thin cardboard and fussy cut her out.
I stamped her dress twice once on white and again on the peach, I trimmed the peach dress a little
shorter than the white and over laid it. The pocket is done the same and added with a pop dot. Her Hair was stamped onto a darker paper from the "Buff" pad of paper and fussy cut. Hair bow was done the same using the white and peach paper.
The sand and Glossy accents was still damp when I added both Collette and the mermaid...I added some Beacon 3in1 Glue to the back of Collette and the Mermaid. Added some of Tim Holtz's Gears and hand dyed ribbons to the top.
